Wide beneficiary Brandin Concocts didn’t exactly measure up for the Texans last week since he was troubled that he wasn’t exchanged before the Nov. 1 cutoff time. That prompted a lot of inquiries concerning his future in Houston.
Indeed, it seems like Cooks and the Texans are gradually repairing their relationship.
Cooks was available for Wednesday’s training. NFL journalist Aaron Wilson shared a photograph of the veteran wideout at the office.
“Texans wide collector Brandin Cooks was at training for flex period, not doing drills now,” Wilson tweeted. “Ordinarily, has Wednesday as veteran rest day.”
Assuming Cooks partakes in group drills on Thursday, that’d be areas of strength for a that he’ll play this Sunday against the Goliaths.

Cooks is the main beneficiary for the Texans this season, pulling in 32 passes for 354 yards and a score.
Without Cooks in the arrangement, the Texans had only 154 passing yards against the Falcons last Thursday.
The Texans are 1-6-1 heading into this Sunday’s matchup against the G-Men.
