Prepare site layout, drawing/design, and red line & as built drawing.
Analysis, review and recommendation of R.C.C and steel structure.
Make plan for all kind of structures as per audit requirement.
Ensure building safety compliance standards in the plant based on BNBC, DIFE and other laws of the land.
Conduct, analysis, review and recommendation of Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) for R.C.C & steel structure as per internal/external requirements.
Prepare site layout, drawing/design, and red line & as built drawing based on actual site condition using auto-cad.
Ensure solving of regulatory authorities review problems.
Accomplishing all project related works in scheduled time.
Ensure all activities within the assigned maintenance areas are strictly in compliance with all regulatory requirements and performance standards, and specifications.
Review shop drawing submitted by sub-contractor.
Auditing the structures built on site as per drawing.
Conduct Corrective Action Plan (CAP) in person meeting and advice factory concern regarding building-safety related non-compliances issues and discuss the way to resolve.
Advise to the factory concern to prepare the plan in accordance with the code.
Co-ordinate plan and design clarification meeting with factory concern.
Consult with concern to discuss safety regulations and to recommend changes as necessary.
Conduct regularly inspection building safety posts and sensitive & high risk areas of factory (day & night).
Make plan for all kind of structures as per audit requirement.
Train up all site employees about safety measures during regular work and on emergency like fire, earth quake etc.
Report to the concerned reporting authority which includes progress, risks and opportunities and variations in expenditure, if any.
Capability to check and follow up sites and having ability to procedure BOQ and estimates.
Quality control, site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvements.
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Keep liaison with external experts, auditors, 3rd party when necessary to ensure that the designs and construction plans are compliant with the relevant codes and standards.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Should have deep knowledge on BNBC-2006/2017, ACI code & other relevant code.
Should have sound knowledge on using structural design software like as AutoCAD, ETABS & STAAD Pro, SAP, SAFE & GEAR.
Should be experienced in Detail engineering Assessment (DEA).
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Depth knowledge about project management, technology, quality, health & safety. measures, finishing works, work sequence and checklist maintaining.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
High level of professional integrity.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
