Green Sound Packers lead trainer Matt LaFleur reported Monday that Amari Rodgers will never again bring dropkicks back.
On Tuesday, they cut him.
The Packers delivered last year’s third-round pick, who bobbled for the fifth time this season during Sunday’s additional time prevail upon the Dallas Cowpokes.
A few Packers fans got their desire. Nonetheless, others are amazed to see Green Narrows postpone the 23-year-old wide beneficiary so right off the bat in his vocation.
Wow!! I didn’t think it would take this kind of a turn!!! #Packers https://t.co/FtqixHsNB1

Brian Gutekunst drafted Amari Rodgers instead of Amon-Ra St. Brown (and Nico Collins). https://t.co/rz6ZMaXzGT

They drafted dude last year in the 3rd round and he’s gone before he finished his 2nd season. Damn shame https://t.co/nUEYivJYbq

I hate seeing people released but he wasn’t it at returning kicks. Hope he can find a place. https://t.co/EWNwDNovoG

Rodgers has seven bobbles to only eight gets in 26 profession games. He played only six snaps on offense in Week 10, so the Packers obviously had no designs for the previous Clemson champion past bringing punts back.
The 5’9″ recipient counted 1,020 yards and seven scores during his last university season, however ball-security issues have characterized his NFL starting hitherto. Maybe a new beginning will help all interested parties.
Despite the fact that Rodgers bungled too often for the Packers to continue to trust, he’ll probably get another opportunity somewhere else.
